Sharks are more than just eating machines. They can be intelligent creatures that have many amazing senses similar to our own. Sight is one of the senses many shark species use to help them find prey as they swim around the ocean. Because of cloudy water or low light conditions in deep water, sharks may not be able to see great distances when swimming.
